Really county government? We have had 90 degree days, bees are flying, flowers are blooming and yet the water fountains are still off at Centennial Park? Really? Really?

There you go again, demanding big government step in and provide you with hydration services. Instead of bitching, it seems like an enterprising free marketeer might want buy a couple of cases of bottled water and and make some money off this situation. Guerrilla privatization.
Big government has already made the choice to provide hydration services by building a nework of water fountains with my tax dollars. I am simply asking that they turn them on. In a perfect world, parks would be run by private corps for a profit. In the meantime, I don't think it's unreasonable to demand a minimum level of service from a government that has chosen to build parks with our tax dollars.
