Later

What a difference almost 12 hours makes at the polling place (prior attempt to vote here). With the second attempt, I sailed right through the voting process. I did not have to wait for a single soul.

This is certainly no surprise, but it looks like Obama has the race locked up. On the Intrade market, McCain is trading as follows (the price is essentially the probability of victory):

Bd of Education:
Siddiqui, Janet 56521
Giles, Ellen Flynn 52412
Dyer, Allen 49766
Butler, Diane 48743
Grater, Betsy 31707
Zou, Di 19720
Write-in Votes 894

considering that Siddiqui has thousands in campaign contributions, much from software developers, shifty LLCs, and party insiders, compared with Diane Butler who didn't have a balance listed but still got 49k votes compared to Siddiqui's 57k, looks like Siddidqui bought the win.

How can Siddiqui believe she was actually fairly elected? Those people who saw Siddiqui signs and rec'd literature didn't know her. Diane Butler's 48,743 voters didn't base their votes on sales literature.
