Here is a great video on medical marijuana, hosted by Drew Carey. Last session, there was a bill that went to before the Maryland Delegation, HB 1040, that was to decriminalize marijuana for medical purposes in Maryland. That bill didn’t get anywhere, but don’t think it will never happen. It is just a matter of time.
