U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski will be in Howard County on Tuesday, February 17, to chair an official U.S. Senate Field Hearing. The hearing will explore the successes of the Healthy Howard Access Plan and how the innovative plan can help shape thinking for national health care reform efforts.
