This is a surprise...

Wow, the Town Center Village Board chose not to support Mary Kay Sigaty’s retroactive zoning bill (CB 64-2007), by a vote of 2-3.

The other bill from Sigaty was unanimously supported (no surprise there).

It was a surprise to me as well, but reinforces how bad Council Bill 64 really is to common sense thinking people when three people on the Town Center Village Board who are publicly opposed to the Plaza Residences and in favor of height limits in Columbia aren't willing to back this bill.

Like I said on my site, I do give them credit for using common sense even if it conflicts with their own personal wishes for Downtown Columbia.
