Columbia Compass has a very interesting thought about Wegmans. Since the Wegmans opposition that is currently making all the noise is a labor union, wouldn't it be interesting if the union in question could use Mary Kay Sigaty’s retroactive zoning bill (IF it becomes law) along with some political pressure to make Wegmans illegal? Unions do have significant influence among certain Council members- I recall that Jen Terrasa in particular gave quite a thank you to various unions when she was sworn in.
I don’t think this scenario is probable, but it does make for an interesting thought experiment.

The "e" on the end is the best part of the post.
I have no doubt that you can find numerous spelling and grammatical mistakes on this blog, but the “e” on the end of “potato” was actually done since the word was written in a pronunciation format. That is probably not how Webster’s does it, but I never said I was a linguist. :-)
